Kids biking home from the bar

We need a protected bike lane here for everyone's safety. There's an AA Go Bike station right near a few bars and some kids want to ride home. I don't want to encourage this behavior but I also don't want people to get hurt!

No - the solution here is enforcement. We need AAPD involved and to encourage students to peer pressure each other out of doing it
